Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. Still, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it in an unworn condition as it was received within 28 days of purchase (with all packaging including the shoe box, cardboard inserts and tissue). We will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs.
To make a return, please complete the enclosed return note and post the goods and note clearly labelled to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns directly to either store, and our web team will process the refund within a maximum of 3 working days.

Once your goods are received, a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. Please note if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale, we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge.

If you require an exchange, please re-order the correct size and a refund will follow once we receive your return less postage costs.
