Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. Still, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it in an unworn condition as it was received within 28 days of purchase (with all packaging including the shoe box, cardboard inserts and tissue). We will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs.

To make a return, please complete the enclosed return note and post the goods and note clearly labelled to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns directly to either store, and our web team will process the refund within a maximum of 3 working days. We will refund the price of the Products in full and email you a Pre-Paid Postal Label.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact David at ivesshoes@gmail.com before returning the goods with details and photos of the issue. We will email you a pre-paid postal label if necessary. - We only accept returns using this method.
