Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on most items. You will be notified at checkout if a postage charge is required.

We use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Signature Required service. This service tracks your order's delivery and informs you by text/email notification (if supplied). Your order will require a signature upon delivery to the designated address.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days* via Royal Mail. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to addresses in Ireland, the UK Highlands, the Offshore Islands, or the Channel Islands.

Exchange

If you require an exchange, please re-order the correct size. We will refund your return less postage costs once we receive it.

*Working day is defined as Monday to Friday.

Refunds

You may return the goods in an unworn, perfect condition as received within 28 days of purchase.

A refund will be processed for the purchase price within five working days. Postage return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Items bought online, collected, and returned to our shop will be refunded online, not at the shop.

Returns

To make a return, please complete the enclosed returns note and place the unworn, perfect-condition goods in the original packaging, including the shoe box and paper tissue.

Attach a label to the parcel clearly showing the address below. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns in person at our Woodbridge Shop, and our web team will process the refund (less postage costs) within five working days.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact David at ivesshoes@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue before returning the goods. We will email you a pre-paid postal label if necessary. We only accept returns using this method.

Once your goods are received, a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. Please note if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale, we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge.

Men's Slip-on Shoes

The Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins® Relaxed Fit®: Arch Fit® Orvan - Moxley combines easy wearability with ample support. Featuring a unique Heel Pillow® that secures the foot, this design boasts a leather and synthetic upper along with stretch laces and a Glide-Step® midsole for enhanced comfort. The patented Arch Fit® insole system, developed from 20 years of research and extensive foot scans, offers podiatrist-certified arch support. 

The removable insole moulds to the foot, helping to reduce shock and improve weight distribution. With its Relaxed Fit® construction, this shoe ensures roomy comfort around the toe and forefoot. Additional design elements include a no-tie fit to keep laces securely in place, a flexible traction outsole for improved grip, and a modest 1 1/4-inch heel height. The materials used consist of a synthetic outsole, leather and synthetic textile upper, and a textile lining insole, all highlighted by Skechers® and Arch Fit® branding.
