Refunds

We hope you enjoy your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 28 days of delivery - You have 14 days to notify us of your wish to return the items, followed by an additional 14 days to send them back after cancellation. To do so, please ensure the items are unworn and in perfect condition as received. 

A refund will be processed for the purchase price within five working days. Postage return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Items bought online, collected, and returned to our shop will be refunded online, not at the shop.

Returns

To make a return, please complete the enclosed returns note and place the unworn, perfect-condition goods in the original packaging, including the shoe box and paper tissue.

Attach a label to the parcel clearly showing the address below. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns in person at our Woodbridge Shop, and our web team will process the refund (less postage costs) within five working days.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact David at ivesshoes@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue before returning the goods. We will email you a pre-paid postal label if necessary. We only accept returns using this method.

Once your goods are received, a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. Please note if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale, we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge.
