Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on most items. You will be notified at checkout if a postage charge is required.

We use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Signature Required service. This service tracks your order's delivery and informs you by text/email notification (if supplied). Your order will require a signature upon delivery to the designated address.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days* via Royal Mail. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to addresses in Ireland, the UK Highlands, the Offshore Islands, or the Channel Islands.

Delivery - Tracked 48 Hours Safe Place

Certain items, including Crocs & Sale footwear, are sent free by Royal Mail tracked 48; email & SMS notifications (if supplied); the item will be placed in a safe place chosen by you at the Add Order Note section (bottom left) after adding to basket.

Exchange

If you require an exchange, please re-order the correct size. We will refund your return, less postage costs, once we receive it.

*Working day is defined as Monday to Friday.

Refunds

We hope you enjoy your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 28 days of delivery - You have 14 days to notify us of your wish to return the items, followed by an additional 14 days to send them back after cancellation. To do so, please ensure the items are unworn and in perfect condition as received. 

A refund will be processed for the purchase price within five working days. Postage return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Items bought online, collected, and returned to our shop will be refunded online, not at the shop.

Returns

To make a return, please complete the enclosed returns note and place the unworn, perfect-condition goods in the original packaging, including the shoe box and paper tissue.

Attach a label to the parcel clearly showing the address below. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns in person at our Woodbridge Shop, and our web team will process the refund (less postage costs) within five working days.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact David at ivesshoes@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue before returning the goods. We will email you a pre-paid postal label if necessary. We only accept returns using this method.

Once your goods are received, a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. Please note if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale, we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge.
